Wheelchair
5K Handcycle- 8:30am Wave Start
Handcyclist will be the first race to start, the 5k waves will start right behind you. Will be starting on the right side of the starting line. No prize money this year, stay tuned if there are changes. Masks on until spacing is permitted on the course.
Running
5K My Team Triumph- 8:30am wave start
My team Triumph will get premier staging area as well as a prime starting spot at the front of the race. Start on the left side of the road. Along with the handcyclist, My Team Triumph will lead out this year's race. Masks on until spacing is permitted on the course.
5k - Elite invite (sub 19:00 min 5k) Email us to see if you qualify
To get into the Elite Heat you must first register for any heat and then email us at robhyde@diemerrun.com . We will review your entry to see if you qualify to be moved into this heat. Space will be limited so sign up today!
5K- 8:40am Wave Start
Wave Start time 8:40 am. Line up according to paces in staging area. Masks on until spacing is permitted on the course. Course closes at 10:30.
5K- 8:50 am Wave Start
Wave Start time 8:50 am. Line up according to paces in staging area. Masks on until spacing is permitted on the course. Course closes at 10:30.
5K- 9:00 am Wave Start
Wave Start time 9:00 am. Line up according to paces in staging area. Masks on until spacing is permitted on the course. Course closes at 10:30.
5k- 9:10 am Wave Start
Wave Start time 9:10 am. Line up according to paces in staging area. Masks on until spacing is permitted on the course. Course closes at 10:30.
1k Steeplechase- 10:30am wave start
Hay bales and water jumps for the Steeplechasers make it a super fun event. Join the fun with Olympic runner Brian Diemer and other area runners for the Auto Master's 1 lap Steeplechase. The Steeplechase will start and finish at the soccer field in Cutler Park. Limited to the first 300 kids. A $10.00 race day fee per participant. Wave starting this year so show up when you are ready to run anytime after 10:30am, course closes at 11:30am. Each child will receive a Jr. Jog or Steeple Chase Tee Shirt, finisher gift and much more!
The Brian Diemer Family of Races Virtual 5k
Signup to run the virtual 5k. You will get a race t-shirt and bib mailed to address. Sign up by May 30 to be sure to receive a shirt.
