5K
The 5k will start after the Handcycle and My Team Triumph start. Faster pace runners at the front, walkers at the back. Course will close at 9:30am.
1k Steeplechase
Hay bales and water jumps for the Steeplechasers make it a super fun event. Join the fun with Olympic runner Brian Diemer and other area runners for the Auto Master's 1 lap Steeplechase. The Steeplechase will start and finish at the soccer field in Cutler Park. Limited to the first 300 kids. A $10.00 race day fee per participant. Rolling start this year so show up when you are ready to run anytime after 10:45am, course closes at 11:15am. Each child will receive a Jr. Jog or Steeple Chase Tee Shirt, finisher gift and much more!
5K My Team Triumph
My team Triumph will get premier staging area as well as a prime starting spot at the front of the race. Start on the left side of the road. Along with the handcyclist, My Team Triumph will lead out this year's race. The 5k Race will follow quickly behind you so make sure you stay left until the first turn.
The Brian Diemer Family of Races Virtual 5k
Signup to run the virtual 5k. You will get a race t-shirt and bib mailed to address. Sign up by May 30 to be sure to receive a shirt.
Wheelchair
5K Handcycle
Handcyclist will be the first race to start, the 5k wave will start right behind you. Prize money this year, $300, $200, $100. You must have a competitor place in the final results behind you in order win the prize money.
