2023 distances
Trail running
100 Mile
Runners have 30 hours to complete the 100 mile course and receive a belt buckle.
50 Mile
Runners have 15 hours to complete the 50 mile course and receive a 50M medal.
Back Half 50 Mile
Back 50 runners have 16 hours to complete the course and receive a 50M medal.
Marathon
Runners have 14 hours to complete the 26.2 mile course and receive a marathon medal.
100 Mile 8 Person Relay
Relay teams have 27 hours to complete the 100 mile course and receive medals. Female participants must run at least 25% of the segments to be considered for Co-ed awards. Relay exchange locations are subject to change.
Running
Pacer Registration
All 100 mile runners may have a pacer beginning at mile 50. Runners age 60 years and over may have a pacer for the the entire race. Please see the Burning River Participant Information Guide at westernreserveracing.com for additional pacer rules and guidelines.
