5K Color Run
This is a family-friendly, Color Run event. The start and finish line will be at Sycamore Middle School. There will be awards for 1st place overall male and female finishers, though the race is intended to be a fun run rather than a competitive race. The 5K will be clearly marked with race volunteers to help, a water station and 4 COLOR stations throughout the route. No pets, please. This event races money for CASA DeKalb County; registrations are non-refundable. If the race is canceled due to inclement weather, it will not be rescheduled. Race-day registration will be available starting at 7:00 AM. Packet pickup is June 3 from 3-6 pm at 308 W. State St. in Sycamore (please use Somonauk St. entrance) or on June 4 from 7:00-7:45 am at Sycamore Middle School. Please arrive on June 4 by 7:45 am as the Color Run blowhorn will sound at 8 am!
