Cinco de Mile 5K Fun Run for Mental Health Awareness
About this race
Delta Tau Lambda Sorority, Inc., is hosting the Annual Cinco de Mile 5k Fun Run for Mental Health Awareness. This RUN/WALK route starts at 9:00 am at Patton Park on Saturday May 2nd in the heart of the Cinco de Mayo celebrations in Southwest Detroit. Participants receive a T-shirt in Mexican colors in the spirit of Cinco de Mayo holiday, and a registration bag full of promotions and resources. Pets are welcome to join the fun!
Packet pickup is on Race Day at the PATTON PARK registration booth starting at 8:00 a.m.
A portion of the proceeds will help local mental health programs in Metro Detroit.

Route: 3 laps around the perimeter of Clark Park Mode: Run/Walk/Jog, Kid-friendly, Pet-friendly Packet pickup: Race day at Clark Park (EAST side) starting at 8am Inclement Weather: If weather does not allow for IRL run, we will switch to a Virtual Run and notify participants with instructions to pick-up packets or receive mailed packets.
Virtual Fun Run for Mental Health Awareness
Route: Anywhere, Anytime, Any distance Mode: Run or walk and display your t-shirt proudly to support mental health awareness Packet pickup: Virtual packets can be picked up on 5/5 @8am at Clark Park (east side by Western Int'l High School, 1500 Scotten Street, Detroit 48209). Or they will be mailed out on 5/6
