5K Training Program

This program is designed for runners looking to run their first 5K or to run a 5K after taking a break from running. For runners looking to improve their 5K time, we recommend that you sign up for the 10K program. For runners choosing to participate in the in person program, in person runs will be from the parking lot of the White Rock Alehouse & Brewery on Saturday mornings at 6:30 am and Tuesday evenings at 7 pm. https://www.whiterockalehouse.com/
