5K Training Program
This program is designed for DRC members looking to run their first 5K or to run a 5K after taking a break from running. For runners looking to improve their 5K time, we recommend that you sign up for the 10K program. Training runs will depart from the parking lot of the White Rock Alehouse & Brewery on Saturday mornings at 6:30 am and Tuesday evenings at 7:15 pm. https://www.whiterockalehouse.com/ . The goal race is Dallas BMW 5k on Saturday, December 9, 2023, although you may train for a different race.
10K Training Program
This program is designed for DRC members looking to run their first 10K or improve their 10K time. Training runs will depart from the parking lot of the White Rock Alehouse & Brewery on Saturday mornings at 6:30 am and Tuesday evenings at 7:15 pm. https://www.whiterockalehouse.com/ . Half Marathon Training Program
This program is designed to prepare DRC members for half marathons scheduled late in the Fall Season (December). Our goal race will be the BMW Dallas Half Marathon on December 10, 2023, although you may train for a different race. Training runs will leave from the parking lot of the White Rock Alehouse & Brewery on Saturday mornings at 6:15 am and Tuesday evenings at 7 pm. https://www.whiterockalehouse.com/
Marathon Training Program
This program is designed to prepare DRC members for marathons scheduled in the Fall Season (December). Our goal race will be the BMW Dallas Marathon on December 10, 2023, though you may train for a different race. For runners choosing to participate, runs will be from the parking lot of the White Rock Alehouse & Brewery on Saturday mornings at 6:00 am and Tuesday evenings at 7 pm. https://www.whiterockalehouse.com/
