Endurance United Fall programs
About this race
Offerings for all ability levels, our fall/winter training is ideal for citizen racers and outdoor enthusiasts who are looking to benefit from the extensive ski experience of our coaches. Regardless of your area of interest – racing, cross-training, or recreational skiing – your fitness and ability as a skier will improve. Most fall/winter programs include dryland, rollerskiing (transition to skiing when we get on snow), technique work, and strength training. The evening sessions typically get too dark in the fall to rollerski often making them exclusively "dryland" training. The winter sessions are meant to be exclusively skiing, but flexibility is necessary due to uncertain snow/weather conditions. If rollerskiing, a helmet is required. Participants are required to purchase their own trail pass for the the training venue utilized.
