Epilepsy Alliance Ohio Seminar Series - "Re-energizing the In-Office and Remote Invisible Employees"

Speaker: Steve Hutton, Ed.D, Director of Community Education, Epilepsy Alliance Ohio About the Seminar: To ensure the viability of your organization during these turbulent economic times, it is imperative that every employee in the organization performs at a high level.  Inside every organization are those employees who show up to work everyday and do just enough to justify their existence within the organization.  These employees are commonly referred to as "invisible employees".  Every organization has them.  In order to grow and prosper, every organization needs a plan of action and strategies to counsel and guide their "invisible employees” into a high performing individual that adds value to the organization.  By attending this session, participants will learn strategies to re-energize their clients, staff, remote staff and even themselves.
