About this race
It's an annual Fathers Day tradition in Arvada! All are welcome - walkers, joggers and speed demons, too! Swag includes t-shirts for ALL participants! The Fun Run is an un-timed 1 mile out and back run/walk and the MANLY MILE is open to men and is a TIMED race!

Manly Mile (TIMED - for MEN Only)
This event is FREE to all GUYS registered for the 5k or 10k. If you have a race bib with a chip, you're automatically entered into this test of your 1-mile mettle! If you want to join in the fun for JUST the Manly Mile, go ahead and sign up through this link! This 1 mile event is TIMED!
10K & Manly Mile (Men Only)
This is the registration for the 10k and INCLUDED Manly Mile! The pricing is the same as the 10k. If you want to JUST run the manly mile, see pricing above for the Manly Mile only. Men only!
5K & Manly Mile (Men Only)
