How to Participate
1. Set a Goal
Decide how much you would like to raise to support the life-affirming work of FRC.
2. Make the First Pledge
Start your fundraising by giving a gift yourself. Your example encourages others to give.
3. Invite Others to Join You
Ask friends, family, coworkers, and church members to sponsor your walk using Sponsor Sheet or on line link.
4. Share the Mission
Tell people why you are walking and how their support helps women, men, babies, and families in our community.
5. Join Us on Walk Day
Come walk with us, celebrate life, and see the difference your support makes!
Join fellow runners on May 14, 2022 for the FRC Walk for Life. It's a fantastic 3.5K featuring a flat and fast course in Zion.

This years Walk is a HYBRID, Virtual and In-Person. Registration MUST be completed by the morning of May 14th. All donations will be ACCEPTED through June 14th!! If you are unable to make it the day of the Walk, please share a picture or a video of your walk (#FRCZ2022), with FRCZ, by June 14th! This year's verse is "You didn't choose me, but I chose you" (John15:16). We will be meeting in person at Lakeview church. We encourage those that are not able to attend comfortable join us in your own neighborhood and support LIFE! Registration and donations can all be done on this site. We will be sending out emails and posting on our Facebook Event Page to keep you informed on updates and totals. All participants reaching $75.00 or more in donations will receive a FREE Tshirt!
