How to Participate
1. Set a Goal
Decide how much you would like to raise to support the life-affirming work of FRC.
2. Make the First Pledge
Start your fundraising by giving a gift yourself. Your example encourages others to give.
3. Invite Others to Join You
Ask friends, family, coworkers, and church members to sponsor your walk using Sponsor Sheet or on line link.
4. Share the Mission
Tell people why you are walking and how their support helps women, men, babies, and families in our community.
5. Join Us on Walk Day
Come walk with us, celebrate life, and see the difference your support makes!
Join fellow runners on May 18, 2024 for the FRC Walk for Life. It's a fantastic 3.5K featuring a flat and fast course in Zion.

What is a Walk for Life? The Walk for Life is a simple way for people of all ages to get involved by actively demonstrating support for the value of human life – and a desire to make a difference in the lives of women, men, children and babies in our community. We hope that you will partner with us in the FRCZ 2024 Walk for Life. FRCZ depends heavily on all of you to get the word out about this event. The Walk for Life is one of two major fund raising efforts for the year. FRCZ is 100% donor funded. We would love to have a team from every church, business, group or family in the area participate this year so that we can make a bold statement about our shared support for the protection of the unborn. As we partner together, we can make a real difference in our community. Already have plans for May 18th...Register anyway! This year you again have an opportunity to join us in person or virtually. Registration MUST be completed by the morning of May 18th. All donations will be ACCEPTED through June 15th!! If you are unable to make it the day of the Walk, join us in your own neighborhood and support LIFE! Please share a picture or a video of your walk, with FRCZ using tag #FRCZ2024, by June 15th! This year's verse is "Rejoice in Hope" (Romans 12:12) "Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; be persistent in prayer."
