Come out on June 06, 2026 at Glasgow Park and join us for our Freedom From Seizures 5K North! How can you help raise awareness and support the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware?

However you choose to support our mission is greatly appreciated! Did you know 1 in 10 people will have a seizure in their lifetime and 1 in 26 will develop epilepsy? For more than 60 years EFDE has been providing free education and support services to the Delaware epilepsy community and we are now offering free transportation through our transportation program. Help us to continue to provide these services! Want to form a team or sign up as an individual and don't know how? Contact us at efd@efde.org. We are here to help! **Register before May 6, 2026 to guarantee your t-shirt.
