Come Run with us at our 7th Annual Friends On The Run, sponsored by Friends In Pink You can Run, Walk or there is a virtual option available Race Date: Saturday, October 22, 2022 Registration: $25 Adults ($30 day of), $20 ages 2 to 18 Teams: Register a Team in honor of someone that you know that is and/or has dealt with Cancer! Coupon codes @ at registration for running clubs, school’s & team discounts Times: 8AM - Run 8:15 Walk Location: Manayunk Tow Path - Start & Finish at Green Lane to Shawmont Turnaround (Parking available for a limited number of people at 114 Green Lane.) Additional Information: Friends In Pink 5K Run/Walk is an event to promote awareness about Breast Cancer enabling us to raise funds to assist those dealing with Breast Cancer. (although Breast Cancer is our primary focus we have funds available on a limited basis for other types of cancer.)

Location: You can run/walk anywhere: on the Manayunk Tow Path, back the Wissahickon Creek, in your neighborhood, on a treadmill, around a local track, up the Manayunk Wall, up and down Ridge Avenue, in another city or state - wherever and whenever you want to run/walk!
