Traditional Rider - Gears and Beers Ride for Hospice

We will be back in Summerfield again in 2025 at The Village Beverage Company, with three route options of 25, 35 and 54-miles. All distances will roll-out together at 10:00 AM ("Dale's Ride" participants will depart at 10:30 AM) and the post-ride party will begin at 12:00PM. 100% of your registration fee benefits Greensboro's AuthoraCare Hospice services. Start time: All Traditional Rider routes begin at 10:00 AM, "Dale's Ride" participants begin at 10:30AM Location: The Village Beverage Company, 1015 NC Highway 150 W, Summerfield, NC 27358 Registration Fee: $40 prior to 10/1) & $50 there after (100% of the registration fee goes to AuthoraCare Hospice of Greensboro). Day-of registration will run from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the ride site. Shirts are not guaranteed for anyone registering after 9/30/2024 and will only be available on a first come, first served basis. Dale's "BEST 35 miles in all of NC" Group Ride

New for 2025! Dale Jennings of Bicycle Toy and Hobby will be leading 40 cyclists in a 17 mph pace group on the 35 mile route.  Dale loves this route so much that he is quoted as saying, "It is the greatest 35 miles in all of North Carolina to cycle!"  This will be a NO-DROP group and all riders will remain behind Dale. Riders will regroup at stop signs and all will stop for any mechanical issues. No need for cue sheets or computers.  He says the only thing you will need is your bike, bottles, and nutrition.  The goal of this group ride is to provide a safe, encouraging experience for all participants. Dale is looking forward to a great ride full of fun and comradery.
