Join Epic Racing Events for the Germanfest 5K. Join us on Friday night and kick off your weekend with a great 5K followed by the Germanfest festival. The race will begin and end at Lawton Park. Attend the Germanfest festival after the race for free with race bib. Race 1 of the Epic racing Summer series.
Join fellow runners on June 5, 2019 for the Germanfest 5K. It's a fantastic 5K, 0.9K featuring a flat and fast course in Fort Wayne.

Germanfest 5K
This as a fun evening race for the whole family. The race starts in Lawton Park downtown Fort Wayne and ends at the Old Fort. Approximately 75% of the course is on the greenway with a section on the return being on road that will be closed for the race. We .will have a water station at the half way point for your refreshment. What you get with the 5K event registration: - awesome race - unisex Tech Running -shirt for the first 200 registered -After completing the race you will be able to walk from the Old Fort across the foot bridge to the Germanfest festival. All race awards will be be presented on stage at the Germanfest festival. Each runner will receive a free pass into Germanfest
Kids Fun Run
A fun little run around Lawton park. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Event is not timed. Kids receive a ribbon at the finish.
