About this race
We have a 1-mile, 5K & 5-mile course. Rain, snow, or shine these do not get cancelled. We give metals to all kids that participate. This is a fun run so you can walk the course, ride bikes, stroll, run or race. Just get out and get moving! We have sponsors that provide prizes and at every race we donate money to a nonprofit.

THE VALLEY MONSTER DASH
Please join us for our 2nd annual monster dash. This will be a 1 mile & 5K course no matter the weather- and costumes are encouraged but not required. You can walk, jog, sprint, push strollers (depending on the snow level and if the sidewalks are plowed), BUT just get moving. All participants will receive a raffle ticket and has the choice to purchase more tickets to better your odds of winning prizes and supporting our cause. We will also be giving away a prize for the best costume of the day, so bring it!
