BL5K Virtual Run/Walk
The Bill Landers Building Bridges Memorial 5K Run/Walk is an annual event held in Glastonbury, Connecticut. You may run, jog or walk a 5K (3.1 mile) race in a location of your choosing - indoors on a treadmill, along the traditional BL5K route, or along any other outdoor route. You must record your distance and time using a standard run-type application (e.g., Runkeeper, Nike Run Club, Strava, Adidas Running, Map My Run) and return to this site to enter your time, or to simply indicate that you finished the race. Participants will be issued a bib number and instructions for submitting results via text or E-mail. Gift certificates to local businesses will be awarded as prizes.

The Bill Landers' Building Bridges Memorial 5K Run/Walk is an annual event held in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The in-person 5K race will be held at 8:30 am and run the traditional BL5K route, with bib chip timing.
