Heroes on the Run 5K/1-Mile Fun Walk
About the Event
Come spend a morning at the historic Norristown Farm Park followed by family-friendly fun with face painting, breakfast, giveaways, music and more! All proceeds will benefit MCAP's ongoing mission to give vulnerable children a voice as they heal from the devastating effects of abuse and neglect.
Join fellow runners on May 2, 2026 for the Heroes on the Run 5K/1-Mile Fun Walk. It's a fantastic 5K, 1.6K featuring a flat and fast course in Norristown.

Check-in will begin at 7:00 AM and the race will officially start at 9:00 AM.
MCAP Heroes on the Run: 1 Mile Kids Fun Run/Walk
Check-in will begin at 7:00 AM and the walk will officially start at 9:15 AM.
Virtual MCAP Heroes on the Run 5K & 1 Mile Fun Walk
