Individuals with a physical disability that does not allow running participation may use a hand-cycle. A one-minute lead start will be given to allow freedom of movement for all participants. Note: The course is largely on a Rails-to-Trails, however, a boardwalk, several road crossings and a turn-around point exist on the course.
