Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participation in the Color Run involves physical activity, including running or walking, and exposure to colored powder. I acknowledge that these activities may carry certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, allergic reactions, or other injuries.
Health and Safety
I certify that the participant is physically able to take part in this event. I understand that the colored powder used is generally considered non-toxic but may cause irritation to sensitive skin, eyes, or respiratory systems. I agree to take appropriate precautions.
Assumption of Responsibility
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event on behalf of myself and/or my child.
Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless the school, its staff, volunteers, organizers, sponsors, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this event.
Photo/Media Release
I grant permission for the school to use photographs or videos of the participant taken during the event for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.
