Adult "Short" Sprint Triathlon

Race consists of 100 yard pool swim (serpentine style), 6.5 mile bike, 2 mile run (road & trail portions). Start time of the race is dependent on the number of people registered for preceding events and will start after all long course individuals and team participants are on the course. A student discount for those ages 12-18 is shown at checkout.

Team Relay "Long" Sprint Distance Triathlon

Race consists of 150 yard pool swim (serpentine style), 14.5 mile bike, 3.1 mile run (road & trail portions) - Same as the individual long course. One team member completes each leg. Teams may consist of 2 or 3 individuals and can be male, female or co-ed teams. Timing chips will be transferred from one teammate to the next at the transition points.
