Race consists of 100 yard pool swim (serpentine style), 7 mile bike, 2 mile run (road & trail portions). Swimmers will start right after the long distance swimmers. A student discount for those ages 12-18 is shown at checkout.

Team Relay "Long" Sprint Distance Triathlon

Race consists of 150 yard pool swim (serpentine style), 14.5 mile bike, 3.1 mile run (road & trail portions) - Same as the individual long course. One team member completes each leg. Teams may consist of 2 or 3 individuals and can be male, female or co-ed teams. Timing chips will be transferred from one teammate to the next at transition. Runner will wear the race bib.
