Place: Duke Island Park, 191 Old York Rd, Bridgewater, NJ
Registration: 8:00 am 10K race: 9:00 am 5K race: 9:00 am Walkers go out immediately after the races begin. Why walk 45 minutes? That's the average amount of time a child in rural Kenya walks one way to school each day!Prizes to Top 3 M/F Overall Finishers
Awards to Top M/F 1st Place Finishers in the following Age Groups:
15 & Under · 16-19 · 20s · 30s · 40s· 50s · 60s · 70s · 80s · 90+

- Tons of food featuring Kenyan treats
- Plenty of water
- Kenyan Pop Music playing all morning long to get you pumped up for the challenge
- Water stations along the course, where runners can recharge
- 10k and 5k USATF sanctioned and timed races - part of the Grand Prix
- 45 Minute (5k) Fun Walk
- Register by April 1 for a guaranteed a t-shirt.
The medal ceremony will take place as soon as results are tabulated.
