About this race
For more than three decades, the Klompen Classic 5K has brought the heart of small-town Iowa to life. This beloved Pella tradition draws runners and walkers together to race for a cause. Every dollar raised supports Crossroads of Pella and our mission to strengthen local children and families. With scenic streets, smiling faces, and a whole lot of heart, the Klompen Classic is more than a run — it’s a celebration!

6:00 Free Kids Classic Fun Run (NO REGISTRATION NECESSARY) Gather at Vemeer Windmill (corner of East 1st St & Franklin St) by 5:45pm and run west on Franklin through the big red arch. Children 1-10 invited. Age groups called before they run. Kids' T-shirt order form may be found at www.crossroadspella.org 7:00 5K Begins Family discount not available for online registration.
