Last Stand Loch Lothian Backyard Ultra
A very simple format: Runners begin the ultra circuit together every 40 minutes. You have 40 minutes to complete the 3.4 mile course and be ready to begin the next circuit. The last runner to complete the course in the allotted time and be ready to begin the next when no other runners are ready at the start line is declared the winner.
