High School Cross Country Virtual Meet
Your XC season postponed or canceled? Have fun competing using the virtual Bridge Run 5K. Yeah, we know it isn't the same as the feeling you get when the gun goes off at a regional meet, but hopefully it still gives you something to aspire to. This is ONLY OPEN to High Schoolers. This option provides you with a Bridge Run shirt mailed to you (no medal).

Virtual Bridge Run 10 Mile
This year, the Bridge Run will look a little different. While there won't be an in-person starting line, we are excited to bring you Bridge Run Week. This virtual race experience will start 9/14 and go through 9/20. Stay tuned for more of what Bridge Run Week will look like!

5K Run/Walk
A great course, whether you run or walk! The course starts out in Downtown Grand Rapids and takes you out to Canal Park. You get to see parts of the City, cross a few of this historic bridges, and run along the Grand River. The course is relatively flat, fast, and friendly for strollers (which are allowed). 10 Mile Run
The 10 Mile course takes you through the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, along the Grand River, through Riverside Park, and of course, over bridges! There is a 2 hour course time limit, which is a 12 minute per mile pace.
5K Run/Walk
The 5K course routes you through the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, crossing several bridges over the Grand River.
10 Mile Run
The course starts out in Downtown Grand Rapids and takes out to Riverside Park. You get to see parts of the City, cross a few of this historic bridges, and run along the Grand River.
