Kids Dash (200M & 400M)
Join us for the inaugural Kids Dash at the LMCU Ballpark on Saturday. This event will feature a 200-meter and 400-meter option. Youth can do one or both! All YOUTH participants will receive an LMCU goodie bag at the finish. **note this takes place on Saturday**
5K Run/Walk
A great course, whether you run or walk! The course starts near the historic 6th Street Bridge, takes you through the heart of downtown Grand Rapids and back; crossing a few of historic bridges along the way. The course is relatively flat, fast, and friendly for strollers (which are allowed). **this event takes place on Sunday**
10 Mile Run
The course starts near the historic 6th Street Bridge, takes you through the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, back over the 6th Street Bridge, then out to Riverside Park & back; crossing a few of historic bridges along the way. The course is relatively flat, fast, and friendly for strollers (which are allowed). **this event takes place on Sunday**
Virtual Bridge Run 10 Mile
The Virtual Bridge Run 10 Miler is a great option for anyone who wants to keep the tradition of the Bridge Run "running", but is unable to join us in-person on race day.
