Race #1: The Mighty Miler 1.5 mi untimed friendly run/walk Race #2: The Mighty Murph, 1 mi run 100 push ups 200 sit ups 300 squats Additional 1 mi run Race #3: The Mini Murph 1 mi run 50 pushups 50 sit ups 50 squats Additional 1 mi run Entry fee is $15 no matter which Race you choose . We will have staggered starts, those completing the Murph Races will begin first. The Mighty Miler participants will start shortly after. Each event option will have a One Hour time cap. Food, drinks, music, games, and fun will be offered after as we celebrate your hard work. Event activities wrap up by 10am so you can head over to grab your spot for the Hamilton Day Parade & get ready for Party in Park after! *Register by May 3 to guarantee TShirt*
