Timed 5K Run on the 5th Runway
ALL participants MUST be able to complete the route NO LATER than 7:30am. Participants not maintaining this pace will be diverted along the route to meet this deadline. Make sure you use the name on your Government ID when registering, so you can be vetted through TSA.
Untimed 5K Walk/Run on the 5th Runway

Mayor's VIP 5K on the 5th Runway
Participants in the Mayor's VIP 5K on the 5th Runway will receive premium parking, pre and post race hospitality, a special commemorative T-shirt, timed race results and start in the first wave of the 5K with the Mayor. ALL participants MUST be able to complete the route NO LATER than 7:30am. Participants not maintaining this pace will be diverted along the route to meet this deadline. Make sure you use the name on your Government ID when registering, so you can be vetted through TSA.
5K Virtual Run/Walk
For those unable to participate in the ATL Mayor’s 5K on the 5th Runway in person, the virtual option allows you to run or walk anytime and anywhere, even indoors on a treadmill at your own convenience. Complete the 5K on your own time and at your preferred location. You can submit your virtual race results and photos via the race registration website. You will receive a commemorative T-shirt and medal after the event.
Wheelchair
5K Wheelchair and Push-assist Race
Push Assist Runners / Walkers MUST register for the race as 5K Timed Runners or 5K Untimed Runners to assist their athlete. ALL participants MUST be able to complete the route NO LATER than 7:30am. Participants not maintaining this pace will be diverted along the route to meet this deadline. Make sure you use the name on your Government ID when registering, so you can be vetted through TSA.
