Med Center Health 10K Classic
About this race
The Med Center Health 10K Classic is in its 47th year! This year's event will be held on Saturday, September 19 at the Bowling Green Ballpark located at 300 E. 8th Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101. The Med Center Health & Fitness Expo and Pasta Party will be held on Friday, September 18 at The Medical Center - WKU Health Sciences Complex from 4-7 p.m. You will be able to purchase additional pasta party tickets for non-registered guests at the door. Additional adult (13+) tickets are $5.00 and child (6-12) tickets are $3.00. Participant perks include T-shirt, medal, entry to the health & fitness expo and pre-race pasta party, pre and post-race snack, individual race results on the 10K website, entry in the early bird drawing if registered by 7/31 and opportunity to participate in the cash prize drawings. Participants in the 10K should begin to assemble at the start line on Avenue of Champions near L.T. Smith Stadium at 8:05 A.M. CST.
5K Run/Walk
This event is a run or a walk. Participants need to be at the start line near L.T. Smith Stadium at 7:20 A.M. CST.
Children's Classic Grades 4-5
This is a free event for children 4-5 grade. Check in time for the Children's Classic is at 9:00 A.M. CST at WKU Stadium Concourse (Enter Gates 5&6). Children will receive a t-shirt and medal.
Children's Classic Grades K-3
This is a free event for children K-3 grade. Check in time for the Children's Classic is at 9:00 A.M. CST at WKU Stadium Concourse (Enter Gates 5&6). Children will receive a t-shirt and medal.
Wheelchair
10K Wheelchair Race
This event is a wheelchair only race. Participants need to be at the start line near L.T. Smith Stadium at 8:00 A.M. CST.
