Shoes & Brews Middle School Mile
** Incoming 6th -8th graders We will most likely run both boys and girls events
Shoes & Brews High School Mile
** Incoming 9th - 12th graders We will run both boys and girls events
Open
We will run at least 2 Open events. 5:30 or slower and 5:30 and faster. If there is a huge sign up for more open events, we will separate by seed times.
Masters
We look forward to having a strong masters showing this year!
Elite
Men's qualifying time should be 4:40 or better. The women's qualifying time should be 5:15 or better We will be running the elite events at the end of the evening under the lights of Niwot High Track.
