Sprint Triathlon: 400 meter swim 12 mile bike 3 mile run
Women's Sprint Tri 2-Person Relay
In a 2-Person relay, one participant will complete one of the sports and the other will complete the other two sports (they do not need to be consecutive legs of the triathlon). A Velcro ankle timing chip must be transferred in the transition area to whomever will be completing the next leg of the race. 400 meter swim 12 mile bike 3 mile run

VIRTUAL Sprint Triathlon
The virtual triathlon is an event you can do anytime, anywhere! You can swim, bike and run in any order or any way that is feasible for you. You could even split it up on different days if you needed to. If you don't have access to a pool, feel free to substitute the swim with another 5k run, another 12 mile bike ride or another challenging activity. That's the flexibility and fun of a virtual race!
