Everyone has a Day 1.

The first day you decide to change something.
The first day you choose yourself.
The first day you stop waiting for the “right time” and simply begin.

Day 1 is not another running event.

It’s a celebration of starting.

Built around the belief that meaningful change doesn’t happen overnight—it happens when you make a decision, show up, and keep showing up. The miles are simply the vehicle. The real goal is to inspire people to take the first step toward something that matters to them.

Maybe your Day 1 is running.

Maybe it’s getting healthy. Starting a business. Leaving your comfort zone. Rebuilding your confidence. Pursuing a dream you’ve been putting off.

Whatever it is, everyone starts somewhere.

This event brings people together to celebrate that moment—the decision to begin—and to remind each other that you don’t need to have it all figured out to take the first step.
