Pink Tomato Festival 5k run
There I’ll be registration morning of race at start line starting at 6:00am. Morning if fee will be $30. Awards will be given in the following categories: Overall male & female WALK winners; Overall male & female RUN winners; Medals (1st, 2nd, 3rd) for WALKERS and RUNNERS in the following age groups: (0-12) (13-19) (20-29) (30-39) (40-49) (50-59) (60+) ALL CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER WILL RECEIVE A MEDAL FOR FINISHING **NOTE**: T-Shirt Size and availability cannot be guaranteed for entries PAID or RECEIVED after May 24, 2019. In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, all participants, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release the city of Warren and the Bradley County Chamber of Commerce and any and all sponsors and representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims for damages I may have arising out of any injuries and illnesses suffered by me in this event, including those that may be attributed to weather and/or course conditions. I attest and verify that I will participate in this event as a foot race entrant and that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my physical condition has been verified by a doctor. Further, I hereby grant full permission to use my name and picture or other recording of me in this event for any purpose without obligation or liability to me. I have read this entry information and certify my compliance by my signature below. I also understand that entry fees I pay are not refundable.
