Virtual Pink Tomato Festival 5k run
Of course with all the changes we have changed this to a virtual race. All participants will receive a T-shirt and a finisher medal. There will be NO medals for placement in your divisions. **NOTE**: T-Shirt Size and availability cannot be guaranteed for entries PAID or RECEIVED after May 29, 2019. In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, all participants, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release the city of Warren and the Bradley County Chamber of Commerce and any and all sponsors and representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims for damages I may have arising out of any injuries and illnesses suffered by me in this event, including those that may be attributed to weather and/or course conditions. I attest and verify that I will participate in this event as a foot race entrant and that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my physical condition has been verified by a doctor. Further, I hereby grant full permission to use my name and picture or other recording of me in this event for any purpose without obligation or liability to me. I have read this entry information and certify my compliance by my signature below. I also understand that entry fees I pay are not refundable.
