Pittsburgh Melanoma Foundation 5k Run/Walk
About this race
Our annual 5k race will take place on June 13, 2026! If you are unable to attend in person, we are offering a virtual option again for this year.
In Person Event:
If you've attended our 5k in the past, it will be organized as our previous events were. If this is your first time, here's some info! Our course runs along Corrigan Drive. Our course starts near the black and yellow playground along Corrigan Drive, heads down toward Library Road past the ice rink and back to end near the starting line.
Registration fee includes a moisture-wicking t-shirt, timing chip, and race bib.
Virtual 5k Option:
If you are unable to attend in person, but want to support our cause, you may choose to register for our virtual 5k. You may complete your 5k at any time. We love seeing pictures of your events too, so please feel free to share them. During 2025, our virtual 5k drew participants from 25 different states across the country!
Registration fee includes a moisture-wicking t-shirt and race bib

Each year, we work hard to make our 5k the best one yet! Unfornately, due to COVID-19, we are unable to host this event in person. Please feel free to complete the 5k on your own and upload your time. Please snap pictures as you complete the event and send them our way.
KIDS VIRTUAL 5K REGISTRATION FEE (FEE INCLUDES SHIPPING)
This event is geared toward younger kids. Each kid will receive a shirt for the $5 registration fee.
