About this race
Join us for the 16th Annual Po Ho Hot Cocoa Event! January 23rd 2027. We are excited to offer this winter favorite as a live in person event, and hosted in a great venue. We are also pleased to announce Ted Fitzgerald Farm Bureau of Port Huron will be our main sponsor's for this years event. Again this year, race day packet pick up will be held from 7-9 a.m. at Wrigley Center. The giant chocolate after party will be held in the Wrigley Center area. There will also be a live band, Bandwagon will be performing in the concert area before and after the races. All registered runners/walkers will get a custom finisher medal and a District Hoodie . Eastside timing will be providing live results for this event. Proceeds will go to local cross country programs.
All races will start and finish at Wrigley Center area. The cutoff time for the 10 mile, 10k and 5k will be 1130 a.m. There will be plenty of parking near this area. Please plan to make a full day of this great event, being hosted inside a great new venue with so many amenities. The Wrigley Center is also hosting the downtown winter Chilly Festival, a great family event all weekend.
There are four distances offered: 10 Mile, 10K, 5K, and Kids 1 Mile on January 23rd 2027. Start times as follow- Kids Mile- 8:30, 10 Mile 9:00 am, 10K 9:10 am and 5K 9:10.
All Registrants for the 10 Mile, 10K, and 5K will receive a District Hoodie . There are Men and Woman's options for sizing. One mile youth runners will receive a long sleeve t-shirt with registration. All finishers will also receive a finisher medal. This event offers 5 year age groups awards as well.
Packet pickup will be Friday, January 22nd from 12;00- 5PM at Wrigley Center 318 Grand River Ave, Port Huron, MI). Day of event packet pickup and registration will be 7:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. Saturday January 23rd at Wrigley Center Area, 318 Grand River Ave Port Huron Mi 48060.

Top overall male and female will receive a three pound chocolate bar! Age Group Awards will be given out in each age division after event in Wrigley Hall area.
10K
Top overall male and female will receive a three pound chocolate bar! Age Group Awards will be given out in each division after in Wrigley Hall area.
5K
Top overall male and female will receive a three pound chocolate bar! Age Group Awards will be given out in each division after event in Wrigley Hall area.
Kid's Mile
Overall Male and Female winner will get a Large Hershey Kiss Candy! All finishers will receive a medal at finish line.
