Redhead Run 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
About this race
Join us for the 12th annual Kevin R. Schwiebert Memorial 5K Redhead Run/1-Mile Walk! Participants can choose from either a 5K route along the country roads or a 1 mile route through the village of Florida, Ohio. Both are the same price to participate. Medals are awarded for the 5K route only, but everyone is entered to win gift certificates from our generous donors, whether they do the 5K route or the 1 mile route.
The registration fee is $25 per participant before August 22nd and $30 after that date. Kids 12 and under are free with paid parents or guardian (they do still need to register and sign the waiver). Registrations will be accepted until the start of the race. Anyone registering before September 7th will receive a free Redhead Run t-shirt with their registration.
All are welcome, whether you want to run, walk, bike...just as long as you have a great time! All paying (over 12 years of age) participants are also entered in a gift card giveaway at the end of the event!
Feel free to rock the red hair, whether it's the real deal and something you came up with yourself!

Redhead Run Memorial Run/Walk
Join us for the 5th annual Redhead Run 5K, benefiting the Kevin R. Schwiebert Memorial Fund. This is an event for the entire family! This year will have a slight change from other years as we are adding a 1 MILE route! You can register through the same link as for the 5K. All participants, whether on the 1 mile or 5K route, will be in the drawing for great prizes, but only those participating in the 5K will be timed and eligible for medals. Both courses will begin and end at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Florida, Ohio (K980 County Road 17D) at 9:00 a.m. Registration/sign-in will start at 8:00 a.m. The registration fee is $20 per participant before August 31st and $25 after that date.
