Wednesday Evening Group BRUN - Rockland Road Runners GMMC Bridge Run

The full loop is 7 miles, 3.5 to Westchester and 3.5 back to Rockland, but of course you can turn around at any point to run the desired number of miles! We'll meet at the gazebo on S. Broadway in South Nyack (next to the Village Hall and Police Station). The best place to park is on the north side of Mansfield Avenue, facing the gazebo. The full out and back to the Westchester side is 7 miles, but you can turn back at any point, and run at your own pace. We'll make sure no one is left behind! The running path is well lit and cleared of ice and snow - you won't even need a headlamp.
