This is a 13-week program meeting weekly on Saturdays for long runs and Tuesdays for track and/or hill workouts. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Move Through Summer: Drop-In Punch Card (7 total Saturday sessions)
Got summer vacation planned but still want support? Enjoy this punch card allowing you to drop into 7 Saturday sessions! You choose your Saturdays anytime between July 12 and October 11! The drop-in card is not eligible for Tuesday workouts. Participants must be 18 years or older.
