About this race
The 18th annual Run of Hope Seattle offers a 5K Run, 3K Walk, Kids Dash (for kids 8 and under) and, if you can't make it in person, a Virtual 5K all to raise money and awareness for cancer research at Seattle Children's.
We invite you to join us for a morning of fun, camaraderie and LOTS OF HOPE on
Sunday, September 20, 2026 at Seward Park.

Join fellow runners on September 25, 2022 for the Run of Hope Seattle. It's a fantastic 5K, 3K featuring a flat and fast course in Seattle.

Participants planning to walk the 3k course should register for the walk. Those who register for the walk will not be eligible to win race awards if they participate in the 5k run.
