Run the Line Half Marathon
This is a unique opportunity to run in one half marathon in two states - Texas and Arkansas - on a USATF certified (#AR09010DLP) single-loop course! We will apply to be in the prestigious 2018 Arkansas Grand Prix series when the bidding opens this fall. Information about the series is available at www.arkrrca.com. A portion of the course is on the Texas/Arkansas state line. Chip timing plus 2-person and 4-person relay teams and walkers are included. Enjoy our post-race celebration at the finish line with sponsored hamburgers, chicken, and beverages. Sponsored food and beverages are included for all race runners and walkers.
Run the Line 2-Person Relay Team
This is a unique opportunity to run in one half marathon in two states - Texas and Arkansas - on a USATF certified (#AR09010DLP) single-loop course! We have applied to be in the prestigious 2018 Arkansas Grand Prix series. we anticipate a positive response soon. Information about the series is available at www.arkrrca.com. A portion of the course is on the Texas/Arkansas state line. Chip timing is included. Enjoy our post-race celebration at the finish line with sponsored hamburgers, chicken, and beverages. Sponsored food and beverages are included for all race runners and walkers. 2-Person Relay Teams may be composed of runners and/or fast walkers. Relay teams are required to have a team name. Finish time is captured for each team, not for individual team members. Team members transfer a Velcro ankle strap with a timing chip at the 6.55 mile Relay Exchange site. Relay teams, like individual participants, must complete the race by 11:15 a.m. Each 2-person team member completes 6.55 miles (half the race). A van will be available to take teams to and from the 6.55 mile Relay Exchange site.
Run the Line 4-Person Relay Team
This is a unique opportunity to run in one half marathon in two states - Texas and Arkansas - on a USATF certified (#AR09010DLP) single-loop course! We have applied to be in the prestigious 2018 Arkansas Grand Prix series. We anticipate a positive response soon. Information about the series is available at www.arkrrca.com. A portion of the course is on the Texas/Arkansas state line. Chip timing is included. Enjoy our post-race celebration at the finish line with sponsored hamburgers, chicken, and beverages. Sponsored food and beverages are included for all registered race runners and walkers. 4-Person Relay Teams may be composed of runners and/or fast walkers. Relay teams are required to have a team name. Finish time is captured for each team, not for individual team members. Team members transfer a Velcro ankle strap with a timing chip at the three Relay Exchange sites. Relay teams, like individual participants, must complete the race by 11:15 a.m. Each 4-person team member completes about 3.28 miles (a quarter of the race). Vans will be available to take teams to and from the three Relay Exchange site.
Walking
Run the Line Half Marathon Walk
This is a unique opportunity to walk in one half marathon in two states - Texas and Arkansas - on a USATF certified (#AR09010DLP) single-loop course! Participants who will run/walk should register as a "Runner". A portion of the course is on the Texas/Arkansas state line. Chip timing is included. Enjoy our post-race celebration at the finish line with sponsored hamburgers, chicken, and beverages. Sponsored food and beverages are included for all registered race runners and walkers.
