Run the Vineyards - Federal Twist 10K/5K

Run the Vineyards race series returns to this picturesque, beautiful setting for the 6th year! Celebrate your love of the outdoors, running, and wine at the Federal Twist Vineyard!  Choose between 5K and 10K distances that feature a mixture of roads, vineyard trail, and the beautiful D&R Canal Trail. After-party continues all day! More than a race…Enjoy time with friends & family with live music and delicious handcrafted wine in a relaxed rural setting.  Race Features:

• Chip-timed with instant results. Race start times: 9:00 AM for 10K and 9:05 AM for 5K. 
• High-quality custom tech shirt included. Women's, Men's/unisex and youth tees or upgrade to Women's Racerback Tank Top for $5 extra. Men's Tanks optional for no added fee. *Please register by Sept. 6 to guarantee your first choice. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last after Sept. 6.
• Complimentary Glass of Wine for all participants (21+)
• "Run the Vineyards" Stemless Wine Glass for all finishers
• Souvenir Finisher Medals (different design from award medals) Available for $8 during registration, or $10 on race day

• Awards for Top 3 Overall and Age group Female & Male Winners (14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 yrs)
• 5K Walkers and children welcome. 1 Hour Time limit kindly requested. Registration required to be on course for safety of all participants. Walkers should register for 5K distance only in respect of time required for staff and volunteers.
• Spectators welcome. Additional wine available for purchase during the event.
• Packet Pick-up: Race Day @ 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent.  Arrive before 8:30 AM to check-in. 
• Race is rain or shine. No refunds or deferrals.
