Run the Woods 5K
Check-in for all events will begin Promptly at 8 a.m. at Paradise Knoll School, located at 103 Paradise Road, Oak Ridge, NJ. Fun Run will go off promptly at 9:30 a.m. and 5K at 10:00 a.m. with Awards to follow. All Participants will receive Medals, along with the top 3 finishers in all age groups of the 5K. Overall finishers will also receive a separate award for both Men and Women. Age Groups will be as follows: 10-under 11-14 15-18 19-23 24-30 31-40 41-49 50-60 61-up Food and Ware Vendors will be available on site. Schedule Subject to change.
Run the Woods Fun Run
Bring the kids out for a fun, family-friendly run! The 1-Mile Fun Run is designed for adults and children of all ages and abilities - whether they want to race their friends or simply enjoy an active start to the day. The course is safe, simple, and full of encouragement, making it. A perfect way to experience the excitement of race day. Every participant will get to cross the finish line just like the 5 k runners - cheers, smiles, and all!
