This will be the second year for the 10k run. This event will start at 7:00a.m. August 12th. Thirty minutes before the 9th annual 5k run.
Rush Springs Watermelon Festival 5k watermelon relay
This will be the second year for this event. Teams consist of three team members and will carry a small watermelon (10-15lbs) around the 5k course handing it off to their teammates at the mile markers. Watermelons will be provided. Watermelons can be carried in a bag or back pack. They just can't be pushed or pulled in anything.
