Rush Springs Watermelon Festival 5k watermelon run
This is our 10th year!!!!!!!! Come join us for a great run and a lot of fun. It will be our best by far!!! This race helps to support our Rush Springs track and cross country program as well as provide funds in our efforts to rebuild our track. Your support of our race helps to get us closer to seeing this become a reality as well as providing funds to support our programs. With your paid registration you will receive a T-shirt or Tank top, which ever you choose, as well a medal for participating. Awards are given also to top three in each age group and male and female. This is our 10th year so we are excited to celebrate it with you. The race is the kickoff to our annual Watermelon Festival. This will be our 74th annual and we are expecting it to be one of the best. After the race and awards stay around to enjoy the festival, which includes, a large carnival, incredible arts and crafts booths, food booths, live entertainment and of course WATERMELON!!!
Rush Springs Watermelon Festival 10k watermelon run
This will be the third year for the 10k run. This event will start at 7:00a.m. August 11th. Thirty minutes before the 10th annual 5k run. This race helps to support our Rush Springs track and cross country program as well as provide funds in our efforts to rebuild our track. Your support of our race helps to get us closer to seeing this become a reality as well as providing funds to support our programs. With your paid registration you will receive a T-shirt or Tank top, which ever you choose, as well a medal for participating. Awards are given also to top three male and female runners. This is our 10th year so we are excited to celebrate it with you. The race is the kickoff to our annual Watermelon Festival. This will be our 74th annual and we are expecting it to be one of the best. After the race and awards stay around to enjoy the festival, which includes, a large carnival, incredible arts and crafts booths, food booths, live entertainment and of course WATERMELON!!!
Rush Springs Watermelon Festival 5k watermelon relay
This will be the third year for this event. Teams consist of three team members and will carry a small watermelon (10-15lbs) around the 5k course handing it off to their teammates at the mile markers. Watermelons will be provided. Watermelons can be carried in a bag or back pack. They just can't be pushed or pulled in anything. This race helps to support our Rush Springs track and cross country program as well as provide funds in our efforts to rebuild our track. Your support of our race helps to get us closer to seeing this become a reality as well as providing funds to support our programs. With your paid registration you will receive a T-shirt or Tank top, which ever you choose, as well a medal for participating. Awards are given also to top three teams.
