5K Run Walk
Our full Shake Up Shuffle 5K course through The Sandwich Fairgrounds. All Shake Up Shuffle participants will receive a Shake Up Shuffle shirt, a timed race bib and finishers results, course water, a spinning cow finishers medal, post race snacks and bottled water, and a post race lemonade shake up. 5K Run/Walk registrations additionally receive a race day swag bag* and A FIVE DAY SANDWICH FAIR SEASON PASS. Race Day Packet Pickup begins at 7:30 AM in Monday, September 1st, 2025 on the infield. 5K Run/Walk begins at 9:00 AM. 1 Mile Run Walk
Our partial 5K course, totaling one mile through the Sandwich Fairgrounds. Ideal for individuals, families, or groups. All Shake Up Shuffle participants will receive a Shake Up Shuffle shirt, a timed race bib and finishers results, course water, a spinning cow finishers medal, post race snacks and bottled water, and a post race lemonade shake up. Swag Bags are additionally offered to the first two hundred Shake Up Shuffle registrants, aged six and older. Five and Under 5K Run Walk
