About the Event
The 42nd Annual Seaboard Festival 5K is a very historic Seaboard Railroad themed 5K that takes you through a residential neighborhood with rolling hills in downtown Hamlet NC. The top 350 finishers will receive a custom Railroad/Halloween themed finishers medal. Awards will also be given to the top 3 male and female finishers. Age group awards will be awarded 3 deep in 10 year age groups. We are proud to be able to offer three scholarships at Richmond Community College through donations and race registrations.
Join fellow runners on October 31, 2026 for the Seaboard Festival 5K. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Hamlet.

Top 350 finishers receive a custom finishers medal. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Overall male and female awards to be presented in addition to 1st thru 3rd age group awards in 10 year increments. Registration prices are as follows: 11/1/24 - 9/30/25: $35 10/1/25 - 10/22/25: $40 * Online registration will close on 10/22/25 at midnight. * Event T-shirt is guaranteed to anyone who registers by 10/01/25 at midnight.
