About this race
The 42nd Annual Seaboard Festival 5K is a very historic Seaboard Railroad themed 5K that takes you through a residential neighborhood with rolling hills in downtown Hamlet NC. The top 350 finishers will receive a custom Railroad/Halloween themed finishers medal. Awards will also be given to the top 3 male and female finishers. Age group awards will be awarded 3 deep in 10 year age groups. We are proud to be able to offer three scholarships at Richmond Community College through donations and race registrations.
Join fellow runners on October 31, 2020 for the Seaboard Festival 5K. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Hamlet.

Top 300 finishers receive a custom Railroad/Halloween themed finishers medal. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Overall male and female awards to be presented in addition to 1st thru 3rd age group awards in 10 year increments. All early registrations of $25 received by Wednesday 9/30/20 at midnight are guaranteed an event t-shirt. Price increases to $30 on 10/1/20 at 12:01AM through Sunday 10/18/20 at midnight. The price will increase once again to $35 on Monday 10/19/20 at midnight through Friday 10/30/20 at 10:00 AM. Registration will be available at packet pickup on Friday 10/30/20. Once again event T-shirt is NOT guaranteed to anyone who registers after the early registration cutoff date of 10/18/20 at midnight.
